    We will ensure we ship the garment to you allowing enough time for it to arrive.

    We will pack up the garment and get it sent to you in time for your event.

    Return the garment.

    You will have noticed we included a return bag, all ready with our return address on it. Just pop the garment in here, and take it to the post shop the next business day.

    If you're dropping the garment back to us, ensure you do this within the next two business days.

    Please give us a heads up before returning if the garment is stained or damaged.

    Leave the washing to us.

    Please do not attempt to wash your garment.

    We get all of our garments sustainably cleaned after they’re returned. One less thing for you to do!

FAQs

Do you offer try-ons?

Yes, we do!  For our Christchurch-based customers, you can contact us to book!

Do you offer postal try-ons?

Unfortunately not.  It is not possible due to shipping and the tight turn-around we have with our garments.

Do I wash my rental before returning?

Please do not attempt to wash the rental garment yourself.

We get our garments sustainably cleaned after they're returned - this is all included in our service.

If you notice a stain on your rental, or if your rental is damaged at all, please let us know so that we can get the garment fixed / use the most effective treatment prior to the next rental.

We understand accidents happen, so please just let us know prior to returning. 

I have chosen to pick up - when and where do I collect my rental?

We will be in touch with you before your booking date to organise a time and day to collect from our property in Kaiapoi.

We do request you drop your garment back within two business days, as the turn-around for garments can be tight.  If you fail to do so you may be charged a late fee.

What condition will the garment be in?

As we are a garment rental company, garments should not be expected to be in brand new condition and general wear is expected.

We do our best to note any flaws in the garment descriptions. Common flaws include micro-pulls, small loose threads, minor knicks to fabric or stitching.
